I'm Katherine, a Masso-kinésithérapist and Massage Therapist originally from British Columbia. With a decade of hands on experience, my therapeutic techniques go beyond conventional massage and include specialized techniques such as Masso-Kinesitherapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Craniosacral Therapy. I also have specialized training which allows me to work with clients following surgical and esthetic procedures. This diverse skill set allows me to offer a holistic approach to wellness, with a focus on reducing pain and stress, enhancing range of motion, and improving overall wellness.
