Description
Ted’s massage therapy career began when he attended a Thai Massage course in Toronto to learn how massage can help him improve and maintain his own body. He was fascinated with how massage can relieve pain and improve how his body functions. This led him to pursue a career in massage therapy in order to help others experience these benefits and feel better in their day-to-day lives. Ted uses a blend of Swedish massage including relaxation and deep tissue, fascial mobilization, hydrotherapy, joint mobilizations, stretching, and Thai massage techniques during his treatments.
