With her experience and training she has established a sound theoretical foundation in orthopedic assessment in massage therapy.

- Winnie graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2020 and is in good standing with the CMTO. She obtained certification from the Exercise Essentials in Physiotherapy of Crave Sport, Western University 2018. In 2017, she received 3 months of professional training at the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medice for Tui-Na. In 2018, she received guidance from James Waslaski in Manual Therapy of multiple nerve compression pattern.
