Lauren is a recent graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program at Humber College. She incorporates a large variety of massage techniques that includes Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial release, and Swedish massage. Lauren’s goal is to address the patient's physical pain and dysfunction in order to be at their best. Lauren’s treatments are a patient-centered focus and an evidence-based approach.
