Ana Pesonen (Paula) has been a RMT since 2015, graduating from a 3000 hour massage therapy program. Her skill set includes: therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, aromatherapy massage, hot stone, deep tissue, dynamic cupping, pre-natal, Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head Massage and she is also certified in Raindrop Therapy. Paula strongly believes in order to be an effective therapist, the client needs to be in a state of full relaxation in order to work deeper into the muscles. Paula’s background includes aromatherapy, flower essences and herbal medicine.
