Hello! I have always had a passion for health, fitness and the mind-body connection. Currently, I have 21 years RMT experience. After 19 years in the MAssage Therapy industry, I went back to school for TCM acupuncture. Therefore, I am now an RMT and R.Ac. Both these therapies help me help you with your physical and mental health.
