Description
Tammy treatments focus on treating people who experience tension, stiffness and pain in their neck, shoulders and lower back. Typically, these conditions are caused by assuming a head-forward posture. Tammy alternates between Swedish massage, Trigger Point Therapy and myofascial release in order to increase range of motion and relieve pain for her clients. She has treated individuals with whiplash, headaches and shoulder pain. She has also helped manage the pain for clients with fibromyalgia, discomfort from pregnancy and massaged scar tissue to increase proper joint motion.
