Description
My Registered Massage Therapy practice has spanned both the spa industry as well as rehabilitation settings. My treatments typically include Tragger, myofascial release and deep tissue work while base primarily on Swedish massage techniques. I’ve completed additional training in Scapular Stretch and Rotator Cuff Release, an advanced approach to releasing the shoulder girdle muscles. This additional modality is excellent for most shoulder, upper back and neck issues as well helping with headaches and/or migraines.

Summary
We recently moved back to Seeley’s Bay after being posted to Germany for several years. I have travelled extensively from my time living in Europe as well as travel to South, Central and North America, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. Despite my travels, I’d consider myself quite the home body, I truly love living in the Bay with my partner Steve and my dog Hemi. My passions include entertaining friends and family, cooking, gardening, spending time on the water and renovating our home which seems to be a never ending project of love for our unique house.
