Like you, I am living with temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD). For me, it's been an ongoing struggle since childhood due to an excessive overbite. Fast forward into adulthood, I am now a chronic clencher.

Over the past 4 years I have taken several advanced training courses for the assessment & treatment of TMD. This combined with my shared experience has enabled me to effectively alleviate my clients TMD discomfort with treatment and empower them to manage their symptoms with home care exercises.
