I have developed my own techniques of hot stone massage. It is very effective for deep tissue massage with both comfort and effectiveness. I have been practicing with hot stone for 9 years and have effectively helped people with chronic conditions such as: upper and lower back pain, neck pain, tennis elbow, sciatica and more.
