Description
Spending most of his early 20s educating himself in strength training and dealing with the painful repercussions that come with it, he found that an overall movement approach is the best way to allow all individuals to live their most pain-managed lifestyle regardless of predisposition. This style of training has given Jake the knowledge of movement and requirements of the body across all extracurriculars or athletic pursuits whether that be our first 5km run, cycling in competition, or just trying to live an overall mobile lifestyle.
