Ian found the most relief from Massage Therapy. In 2019 Ian successfully completed Langara College's Registered Therapy Program. Ian has experience treating athletes, seniors, and people with chronic pain. He utilizes a wide range of techniques from myofascial release, to trigger point therapy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) techniques to help you get back to where you want to be. Ian is continuously learning new massage therapy techniques and treatment to better educate and treat his patients.
