Description
Bernarda employs a vast array of massage techniques in her treatments, depending on assessment and the particular requirements of each individual. Bernarda is particularly passionate about breathing techniques, diaphragm release, joint mobilization, deep tissue techniques, active and passive stretches as well as massage therapy for breast cancer patients. She has successfully used these techniques in her practice throughout her career. She is also a certified Bioflex laser technician and rents out the Bioflex Personal Laser Therapy System.
