Description

Alex is our newest registered massage therapist and joined the clinic in the Fall.  
Alex works closely with clients to align his treatments with their goals.  He likes to send clients home with strengthening and stretching exercises that they can leverage at home to continue to improve their posture and/or activities.

Summary

We offer a variety of chiropractic and massage services.  All new chiropractic clients start with an initial half-hour chiropractic consultation where we'll go through your health history and discuss your symptoms. You will be taken through a series of movement tests, along with a hands-on evaluation before we'll walk you through a diagnosis and a recommended treatment plan.

If you are having a massage for the first time, you'll have an initial one-hour appointment where we'll do a health history, discuss your symptoms and do some hands-on work.
