In Good Hands provides manual therapy that includes a variety of osteopathic and massage techniques designed to relieve the pain and discomfort related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries & conditions impacting your quality of life.  In health, the body seeks to maintain balance and harmony.  Unfortunately, we are not always in full health.  Using a holistic approach to ascertain the cause of the body's tension and dysfunction helps mobilize the body's own healing capabilities.  I am a DOMP registered with SCMMAC association and an RMT with CMTO.
