Steven is a former judo athlete who studied Physical Science at university. He has several years of experience as a personal trainer in South Korea and later decided to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to help others improve their well-being. Now, as a NASM-certified personal trainer and RMT, he combines his expertise in both fields to provide comprehensive care for his clients. Steven specializes in postural dysfunction, muscle pain relief, neck and shoulder pain relief, and trigger point therapy. He also guides his clients in learning proper exercises to support their recovery.
