Lauren is a Registered Massage Therapist through Canadian Massage & Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association. She is certified in Cupping, Access Bars, Reiki and Visceral Assessment and Manipulation She believes that healing is unique to the individual, based on their personal health journey. She utilizes a combination of clinical and holistic treatments to assist her clients achieve positive and lasting changes in their body. Lauren believes that to achieve whole body health, it involves empowering her clients, addressing the full picture and identifying the root cause of dis-ease.
