Description
Through Kate-Lynns' broad training she really found an interest and passion for helping those with chronic pain and injuries by emphasizing a thorough intake. Along with deep tissue massage, active release techniques, myofascial cupping and relaxation to help improve her clients muscular/nervous systems and circulation. Furthermore with client education to help empower you with knowledge and tools to work towards a pain free, and greater quality of life! Pain is multidimensional and everybody’s pain experience is completely unique to them and can be influenced by a multitude of factors!
