His treatment protocol focuses on correcting posture, improving functional movement patterns, increasing joint mobility, and increasing soft tissue flexibility. To achieve these goals, Simon utilizes a range of manual techniques, including joint mobilization, soft tissue release and activation, myofascial stretching, sport and relaxation massage, and athletic taping. He also provides exercise prescriptions for injury prevention.
