Ranika Dalzell has been an RMT since 2018 she is passionate about helping others reach their goals. Ranika uses a wide variety of techniques during her treatments, which includes Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue,Stretching and Resistance Techniques, Myofascial Cupping Therapy, Remedial Exercise and Hydrotherapy. Ranika has provided treatment to clients with a variety of different backgrounds, age groups and conditions such as sports injuries, tendonitis, pregnancy, infant massage, strains, sprains and repetitive injuries, daily stressors.

Ranika Dalzell is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and currently in good standing. Her journey into massage therapy began with a deep passion for helping and connecting with people, which has been the driving force behind her six years of practice. A foundation in both Swedish and non-Swedish massage techniques. Her advanced training includes trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, cupping, taping, and hot stone massage. In addition, she has experience in prenatal and infant massage, as well as sports massage.
