Shane’s main treatment types are medium to deep tissue massage modalities, joint mobilizations, PNF stretching, trigger point release, and myofascial release. However, other relevant techniques are used to maximize each session. He is very passionate about massage and has developed and demonstrated a high-level understanding of human musculoskeletal anatomy.
