Jennifer is a passionate health and wellness professional with a diverse background in yoga, personal training, nutrition, and massage therapy. Born in Chicago and raised in Mississauga, she moved to British Columbia at age 12 and has lived in Whistler for over a decade. After graduating high school in White Rock, she earned a BA in History and Environmental Studies from UVic. Her wellness journey began in 2004 when she became a certified yoga teacher, and she continues to expand her practice today.
