Gillian is proficient in Swedish massage, fascial work, hydrotherapy, cupping, hot stone & enjoys providing wellness, injury rehabilitation & perinatal treatments. Her treatment style is slow and intentional, with a focus on trigger points & a holistic approach to improve clients’ pain, range of motion & general sense of wellbeing. The client is always the centre focus of every treatment plan. When she is not working, Gillian enjoys life as an Oro-Medonte resident, spending lots of time outdoors with her husband & two children and when she’s able, Gillian makes time to bake, read & crochet.

We are a multidisciplinary health office which offers chiropractic, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, custom orthotics and rehabilitation exercises. We are available seven days a week - some evening and weekends. Our clinic has been open since November of 2011 in the beautiful Horsehsoe Valley, Barrie. We treat special populations including children, seniors, pregnant women, and elite athletes. We are patient focused and look forward to helping you.
