Geda's goal is to help people physically and emotionally through the powerful ability of massage therapy.  Her massage treatments can relieve stiffness, reduce pain, improve circulation, and restore range of motion for various ailments including sports-related injuries, postural imbalance, chronic conditions, sprains, strains, tendonitis, headaches, low back or neck spasms. She uses a combination of Myofascial release, Trigger point release, Neuromuscular techniques, Traditional Swedish massage and Acupuncture.
