Alanna graduated with Honours from Georgian College massage therapy program covering deep tissue and lymphatic drainage. With a very active family she has a special interest in sports related injuries and rehabilitation. She loves working with clients to incorporate movement into the massage treatment. Committed to continuing education and belief that the body works as a whole, Alanna is certified in Indie head massage, cupping, hot stone, ultrasound and planning to pursue further studies for anxiety and depression, myofascial release, migraine and headache relief.
