Merdy’s passion for relieving musculoskeletal pain started when she learned basic massage techniques from her aunt and grandmother in the Philippines at a young age. From the basic massage techniques, she learned from her aunt and grandmother. She decided to study Reflexology and Massage Therapy program to learn more and perfect her skills. Her quest to attain new information and to better understand how to relieve different musculoskeletal conditions never stops. She continues to learn new modalities in science and holistic evidence base healthcare to provide better results to her clients.
