Lindsey has always had a passion for athletics, education and wellness. Lindsey recently expanded her professional career from education to graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College in 2019. Lindsey brings client centered care whether it be for sports performance, injury recovery, or simply everyday maintenance. Her goal is to get you moving better, and back to being you!
