Description
Janet is originally from Nova Scotia. She moved to Fort McMurray in 2009 after completing her BA in psychology. Janet completed 2200 hours with Alberta College of massage therapy in 2016 with high honours. Continued education learning since graduating includes: Gary Switzers deep tissue massage therapy techniques, prenatal massage, meridian massage and acupressure, , applied reflexology for massage therapy, and yoga teacher certification. A massage therapy session with Janet may include myofasical release, Swedish techniques, trigger point release, deep tissue techniques.
