Summary
I hear your story and take a detailed history. To that end, I create an individualized treatment plan including Assessment aimed at achieving the goals we set together. For an initial appointment, it is recommended to schedule a minimum of one hour massage therapy session to allow for formal health history intake, informed consent, assessment and hands on treatment.
