My training in both massage therapy and clinical somatics means that I can uniquely work with you to assist in the recovery of musculoskeletal dysfunction and injuries to help you get back to doing the things you love to do.

My approach aims to reduce stress, relieve tension, decrease pain, and increase body awareness. I believe that it is important that you participate in your own well-being.  

I love being active and don’t like being in pain. Helping people improve their quality of life, move better and feel more comfortable in their bodies brings me immense gratification!

Welcome to Heartwood - Massage and Wellness! My Canmore massage studio was established out of a passion to help people dealing with stress, anxiety and tension as well as those afflicted with chronic and acute pain. 

As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I have been practicing the art of multi-modal bodywork since 2001. My massage studio is located in the Three Sisters neighborhood of Canmore, Alberta.
