I am a Registered Social Worker with a Masters in Clinical Social Work and also a Trauma Informed Yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in the area of mental health and wellness. I offer individual therapy sessions using a number if evidence based approaches tailored to your needs and goals acknowledging your individual story. My intention is to provide a space to support you in your journey to wellness and to reconnect with your potential to Heal Within.
