Description
Tania has been providing therapeutic massage to patients for the past 13 years. Treatments include swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping and myofascial release. She strongly believes that integrating massage therapy into one's lifestyle - for injury prevention, treatment of injury, or to de-stress - can facilitate the development of both physical and mental health. As such, she is a firm believer in the importance of incorporating the patient into their treatment plan, via self care and education, so they play an active role in their health and well-being.

Tania is the best massage therapist I have had. I've been going to Tania for, I don't even know how many years. She's knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. If you enjoy deep tissue, Tania is fantastic and she adjusts the pressure to what you like. She's the best, I will not go anywhere else.
