Description

Christian is a graduate from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from York University and is a Certified Personal Trainer. He believes in a holistic approach to health and fitness; aligning the mechanical components of the body with the driving force of the mind and the spirit. Christian enjoys sports in general and loves distance running, weight lifting and music (especially karaoke).
