As a Registered Massage Therapist, I have a vast range of experience treating injuries and chronic conditions as well as performing massage therapy for relaxation and maintenance. I believe in the restorative potential of the human body in response to manual soft tissue release. I combine Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, deep tissue therapy, stretching, joint mobilizations, and specific exercises to assist my patients with symptom reduction and recovery of optimal function
