Holly is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in personal training and fitness instructing. Originally from Montréal, she attended École de Massothérapie Adam where she studied basic Swedish techniques. She then continued her education in Ontario and graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. Her aim is to provide treatment that is uniquely catered to each individual. She will listen to your needs and current condition, and then build a treatment plan that is perfect for you, your body, and your lifestyle.
