Description
Susan received her massage therapy diploma in 2015. She is a student of osteopathic manual therapy, a clinical Pilates instructor, and former professional ballet dancer. Movement is paramount to good health; it stimulates your neuromusculoskeletal system, enhances circulation and digestion. Susan’s treatment combines manual and movement therapy techniques to balance tension, release pain and engage core support. Enjoy a walk, or bicycle along the Gaetz Brook Greenway in preparation for or integration of your massage therapy treatment.
