Description
Shelby brings a bright and focused energy into each massage treatment, assessing each client’s individual needs, tailoring treatment plans, and offering homecare protocols to help her patients reach their goals and be pain free as quickly as possible. Shelby’s treatments focus on soft tissue manipulation and using the body’s own natural processes to assist in the recovery. In addition to deep tissue massage, she also uses a number of other advanced techniques such as Facilitated Stretching and Trigger Point Therapy in combination with therapeutic exercise and client education.
