Her specialties and areas of expertise are relaxation, hot stone massage, myofascial cupping, trigger point therapy, sport massage, deep tissue and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization(IASTM). Her passion for sports and movement of the body is what motivated Lisa to become a massage therapist. She is eager and knowledgeable to help resolve ongoing issues and improve your everyday wellbeing. So eager that she is returning to school to become an Manual Osteopathic Therapist!
