I use a variety of techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, general relaxation Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, active inhibition, dynamic cupping, stretching, and therapeutic strengthening to name a few, helping to achieve the best possible outcome. I love learning and will continue to add different modalities to my credentials to further enhance the healing treatments I provide.
