Rachel is an honours graduate from the Massage Therapy Program at Georgian College. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists (CMTO) since 2018. Rachel's knowledge in anatomy and passion for massage has allowed her to effectively treat patients' health issues and achieve treatment goals. Rachel is trained in Swedish & relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, fascial stretching, hydrotherapy, and remedial exercise.
