If you wish to use our direct billing service, you will be responsible for payment in full if the claim is not accepted for any reason including issues with the billing portal. We require 24 h notice or you will be charged a late cancellation or no-show fee. This policy remains in effect when booking same day appointments. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete forms.
