Description
Victoria holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, as well as an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. She provides treatment based massages that work towards addressing the root causes of pain, stress, and dysfunction. Victoria believes in the connection of fascial chains and uses this concept to improve posture, flexibility, mobility, and pain. She is certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), Soft Tissue Release (STR) and cupping, and is also a certified Yoga Teacher.
