Description
Assra holds an advanced diploma in massage therapy. She strives to provide treatments geared towards improving the overall well being of her clients. Whether its stress relief or figuring out a specific cause of pain or dysfunction, she will use a collaborative approach to address the individual health concerns presented by you. She especially believes in the power of breath and how it helps regulate our daily stressors and posture. Assra uses breath to work through different techniques during her treatments. Her experience as an RMT also includes working with pre- and post-natal women.
