Description
Christine graduated from Everest College in Mississauga, and was CMTO licensed in 2009. She is trained in swedish massage, joint mobilizations, indie head massage, pregnancy massage, and stretch and strengthening. Her main goal is to work with the client in an effort to identify the issues or activities that lead up to their discomfort. Once that has been established, together we strive to correct postural imbalances or change habits through education and remedial exercises. Simple changes can often break the pain cycle.
