Due to many soccer injuries growing up, rehabilitation became a natural career choice. Using the experience of previous injuries along with the knowledge gained from school, treatments take into account both physical and mental aspects. Myofascial techniques are a specialty for Ashley. These techniques loosen the surface level tissue, allowing more effective care within the muscles.
