I am a Registered Massage Therapist with a 3000 hr diploma from Makami College. My comprehensive training includes expertise in very deep therapeutic massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy and stress relief. I specialize in tailoring massage treatments to alleviate pain, reduce stress and promote overall well-being. My holistic approach is rooted in understanding the body's intricate anatomy and the power to foster healing. In addition to being a RMT, I am also a certified personal trainer. My understanding of anatomy related to function is extremely helpful in rehabilitation.
