Alicia specializes in Pain Reduction, Stress Reduction, Injury Rehabilitation, and Body Realignment.
She believes that deep tissue massage should never be painful. Using slow pressure, she goes as deep as your nervous system allows her to.
She understands the connection between Body/Mind/Spirit, and her pain-free holistic approach gets to the root of your pain -- not just focuses on your symptoms.

Originally from Toronto, Alicia graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2005.

In her 20 years of practice, Alicia has gained immense knowledge.

Summary

Hands On Massage Therapy is a therapeutic clinic which opened in 1993.  We are specialists in deep tissue, sports, pre/post natal, cupping, manual lymph drainage and relaxation massage.  Our mandate is client care and comfort. We believe if someone feels comfortable and at ease, clients see better results from their treatments.
