Alana was initially an Athletic Therapist, and subsequently a Registered Massage Therapist. This combination of skills gives her the perspective and ability to assess and treat complex and chronic conditions to find a solution. She offers individual appointments, beginning with a detailed history and assessment to get to the bottom of each client’s concerns. Alana’s treatments are goal-oriented, and patient-centred to make sure that her clients feel heard, validated, and in charge of their own recovery.
