Being a competitive runner for most of her life, Julia found her passion for the world of rehab at a young age, when she worked with therapists of all kind to heal, learn, and feel her most optimal.

Her philosophy of healing begins with education, which she believes is the most powerful tool she can provide her patients on their journey to achieving and maintaining good health. By combining learnings from her experience as a competitive athlete, with her background in science and training as a yoga instructor, she aims to provide high quality service to her patients, creating positive changes
