Adrienne’s interest in the world of rehab stemmed from her desire to help others. Aspiring to become a teacher, she took the route of changing lives through fitness by becoming a personal trainer. After several years as a trainer, she wanted to elevate her services, leading her to her pursuit as an RMT. 

Adrienne grew up playing competitive basketball, and is currently a frequent gym go-er,  passionate about athletic training. A significant part of her journey in becoming an RMT started with her desire to overcome numerous sport injuries.
